(Owens), Gigi Tucker of Charleston, MO, Gregory Tucker II (Anna) of St. Louis, MO, Jeremy Tucker of Paducah, KY and Marquelle Williams of Charleston, MO; her great grandchildren, Katrice Brown, Armoni Tucker, Jordan Tucker and True Tucker; her siblings, Vicki Sibley and Steven Maxwell of Galesburg, IL; her cousin Dennis Wright (Elizabeth) of Pontiac, MI; her nephew Kevin Ferguson; her great-nephew Henry Peoples of Montgomery, AL; and her close friends, June Smith of Los Angeles, CA, Patricia Blackwell, Norma Blackwell, Maxine Russell, Vivian Ridgeway, Jo Martha Clark, Beverly Crockett, Minister Barbara Burrage, Colleen Jennings, Tracey Jones, Sharon Spann, Frances Topp, Irene Agnew, Antwoine Agnew and George Crump (Ayrie).
All in attendance are required to wear a mask.
She received the honor of "Duchess of Paducah" from Paducah's mayor for her meritorious contributions to the betterment and community interests of Paducah.
