It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Grady Ulysses Sappington Jr. of Paducah, Kentucky, born in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, who passed away on March 19, 2024, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Ulysses Sappington, Sr. and Ruby Mae Sappington (Newton); and his brother Danny Sappington. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Sappington of Paducah; his daughters, Toni Sappington of Kevil, KY and Sara Rushing of Golconda, IL; his grandchildren, Warren Daylan Seaton and Lilah Kay Seaton; and his siblings, Marvin Lute, Esther "Cookie" Holderbach, Naomi Lute-Shannon and Jesse Sappington. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
