White of Jackson, TN.; his brother Timothy Crutchfield (Patricia) of Jacksonville, FL.; his grandchildren, Kaya White, Kisen Richardson, Lanya Richardson, Phalon Richardson, Zaye Richardson, Maliyah Richardson, R'Mia Crutchfield, Alonna Richardson, Aria Richardson and Kymani White; his great grandchildren, Violet Richardson and Fabian King Malachi Fountain, Jr.; his niece Jordan Crutchfield of Jacksonville, FL.; and his nephews, Javon and Maurice Lowery of Paris, TN.. He is also survived by other aunts and cousins.
