He is survived by: his wife Judy Murphy of Paducah; his sons, Mike Murphy (Tracy) of Paducah and Rick Murphy (Christina) of Shelbyville, KY; his grandchildren, Lauren Elias (Jeremy), Morgan Murphy, Dylan Murphy (Kristin) and Sean Murphy (Katie); his stepgrandchildren, Matthew Neutz (Jen), Michael Neutz (Cadie), Tim Neutz and Lizzy Craddock (Chase); his great grandchildren, Chance, Ariana, Blakelee, Bennett, Cole, Lawson, Declan, Sadie and Ellis; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Easton, Cameron and Graham.
