He is survived by: his wife Lynn Lacey Hurt of Paducah; his children, Donna Hurt of Nashville, TN, Karen Hurt of Elkton, KY and Tony Hurt (Susan) of Cadiz; and his stepdaughters, Tammy Johnstone (Fraser) of Lexington, KY, Susan Thomas (Jeff) of Paducah, KY and Lelia Jackson (Dave) of Aliso Viejo, California..
