He is survived by: his wife Susan Campbell; his sons, Jack Campbell Jr. (LJ), Hunter Campbell (Sarah) and Lee Campbell (Olivia); and his grandchildren, Javen Campbell, Baylee Delk, Macee Campbell, Eastyn Campbell, Grey Campbell, Cooper Campbell, Tate Campbell and Shepherd Campbell.
