He was predeceased by: his wife Mildred Cozart; his son-in-law Daniel Bertrand; his parents, Omar Cozart and Bessie Cozart; his son Willie LaGore; and his siblings, Kenneth, Cletus Cozart and Ludene Wilcox.
He is survived by: his daughters, Stacy Bertrand of Paducah and Michelle Skelton of Paducah; and his grandchildren, Will Kern, Melissa Roberts, Alex Bertrand, Matt Bertrand and Cidney Bertrand. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
