He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Lee Bell and Marion Ila Underwood; his siblings, Charles, Bob "Bobby" and Sue; and his significant other Barbara Bell.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Smith (Steve) and Terri Khalil (Momin); his grandchildren, Sabrina, Nadia, Aliya, Wes and Nikki; and his sisters-in-law, Martha Bell and Jacqueline Bell. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and other loved family members and friends.
