He is survived by: his wife Patricia Kingcade; his children, Randy Kingcade (Genelyn) of Paducah and Kimberly Maddox (Randy) of Paducah; his sisters, Beverly Fletcher of Paducah and Sharon Winstead (A. F. III) of Georgetown, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Shelbie Bryant, Tyler Overby, Carol Ann Maddox and Caitlin Maddox; and his great grandchildren, Cash, Hunter, Rosalie and Brandon.
