He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie James Hines and Mirtie Marie Hines; his son David Allen Hines; and his grandson Benjamin Hayden. He is survived by: his wife Linda Neihoff Hines of Paducah; his daughters, Theresa Hayden (Michael), Janet Crotser (Marty), Pam Nelson (John) and Gina Leeper (Bob); his grandchildren, Adam Gilbert (Charity), Nikki White (T. J.) and Joshua Hayden; his great grandchildren, Wyatt and Hudson Gilbert; and his siblings, Bobby Hines (Harriet) and Peggy Cooper (Ronnie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and in-laws.
