He is survived by: his children, Derric Hovekamp (Katie) of West Paducah and Carrie Harshman (Jacob) of Calvert City; his siblings, Jean Ramage, Judy Shoulders, Bobbie Brunn (John), Karlene Hatton and Teddy Hovekamp; and his grandchildren, Lexi, Isaac Hovekamp, Landon, Evelyn Harshman, Analeigh and Eli Claxton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
