He is survived by: his daughter Gail West Roberston (Austin) of Palatka, Florida; his partner Aleshia West of Paducah; and his siblings, Kim Krawchuk of Paducah, Darlene Mayfield of Texas, Doug West of Paducah and Joe West of Paducah. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
