He was predeceased by: his parents, W. T. Winn and Linda Winn of Mayfield; and his brother William Winn. He is survived by: his wife Mary Faith Ward; his children, Jill Farris (Kevin) of Paducah and Jason Winn (Holly) of Franklin, TN.; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Purcell (Clay) of Madison, MS, Caroline Wilcox of Paducah, Carson and Hadley Winn of Franklin, TN.; and his great grandchildren, Winn Purcell, Clayton and Kilby Purcell.
