He is survived by: his wife Kathy Joyce Estes (Slayden) of Paducah; his sons, James W. Estes Jr., Sylvester Estes and Terry Estes; and his siblings, Mark Foglesong of Paducah, Larry Foglesong of Paducah and Penny Neihoff of Paducah.
