He was predeceased by: his parents, James Henry and Helen Roberta Woodyard (Bebout); and his brother-in-law Carl Lynn Dunn of Lenoir City. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Marie Woodyard (McCandless); his son Dr. James Gabriel Woodyard; his grandchildren, Luke Gabriel and Zach Thomas; his son Dr. Jonathan Henry Woodyard (Monica Lynn) of Paducah; his grandchildren, Presley Grace and Lincoln Samuel; and his siblings, Henrietta Louise Lovell of Nashville, Joyce Ann Dunn of Lenoir City and Jerry Curtis Woodyard (Jill) of Miamisburg. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
