She is survived by: her husband Jim Meadors of LaCenter, KY; her sons, Erik Meadors (David) of Nashville, TN and Tim Meadors (Mary) of Cave City, KY; her grandchildren, Jordan Tyler Meadors, Blake Hadley, Summar Hadley and Meghan Meadors; and her great grandchildren, Noah, Bailey, Addi, Andi, Matthew, Jayden, Lilly and Taylor.
