She is survived by: her daughters, Shae Lockhart (Charlie) of Mayfield, KY and Meagan Travis (Donald Thomas) of Paducah, KY; her siblings, Ricky Burgess of Murray, KY, Nickie Burgess (Deidra) of Paducah, KY, Brad Burgess (Teena) of Wingo, KY and Sherry Rodgers (Terry) of Paducah, KY; and her grandchildren, Chanlee Miller, Kinsley Mangrum, Jessie Grooms, Zaylee Travis, Shaylee Travis, Colten Hinton and Lai'ana Thomas.
