He is survived by: his wife Judith Gray McElya; and his sisters, Faye Spillman of Paducah, Kentucky and Janice Pace (Ted) of Paducah, Kentucky. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah (120 Memorial Dr, Paducah, KY 42001). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
