He is survived by: his children, Amber Clark of Paducah, Jessica Wooley of Paducah and Daniel Breidenbach of Paducah; his sister Laura Breidenbach of Paducah; his grandchild Addison Clark; and his significant other Paula Winkler. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
