He was predeceased by: his parents, U. Gibbons Gibbons and Ruby Simpson Gibbons. He is survived by: his wife June Diane Gilliland; his son Patrick Lee Gibbons (Tami); his grandson Ian Patrick Gibbons; his children, Dr. Amy Camille Andersen (Rik) and Charles Andrew Gibbons (Tammy L. Turner); and his sister Jeanette Ward. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
