He is survived by: his wife Dortha Dykes Medlin; his children, Lorie Carrell (Jeff) and Kevin Medlin (Candie); his sister Paula Downs; his grandchildren, Ashlyn Kippert (Chad), Justin Carrell (Jennifer), Paige Medlin, Micah Cline (Nick), Jordan Vantrease (Nick) and Braden Reece (Mclain); and his great grandchildren, Adyson Kippert, Sadie Kippert, Judah Carrell, Esther Carrell, Breysean Vantrease, Nalah Vantrease, Nike Vantrease and Oakleigh Cline.
