Joe Robert Ford Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of Joe Robert Ford of Paducah, Kentucky. Joe, born on January 31, 1948, passed away on September 18, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Franklin and Joel Evelyn Ford (Perry); his children, Jason Ford and Lori Nuckolls; his granddaughter Emilie Ford; and his siblings, Bruce Ford, Keith Ford and Kathryn Thompson.

He is survived by: his children, Joe William Ford (Tonya) of Paducah, Harley Shafer of Ledbetter, Maria Hines (Terry) of Paducah, Tiffany Capps (Clint), Hailey Shafer of Paducah and Patsy Waldridge; and his siblings, Douglas Ford of Paducah, Anthony Ford of Paducah, Daryll Ford of Paducah, Connie Tucker of Ledbetter, Sandra Ford of Paducah and Treasa Jones. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hughes Funeral Home (2975 Old Husbands Rd, Paducah, KY 42003). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
