He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Bowler and Mary Bowler; his wife Lolita Bowler; his son Michael D. Bowler; and his brothers, Thomas Edward Bowler and Charles Wayne Bowler.
He is survived by: his sons, Tony Bowler (Debbie) of Paducah and Kevin Bowler of Evansville, IN; his stepchildren, John Vogt (Sheila) of Paducah, David Vogt (Kim) of Paducah, Melinda Hicks (Todd) of Paducah and Maggie Held (Jason) of Paducah; and his brother Jimmy Bowler (Tammy). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
