He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Dr. Julian, Jr., Christine Dismukes, Flavious and Sylvia Martin. He is survived by : his wife Callie Wexler Dismukes (Paducah); his sister Mary Rebecca Dismukes (Michael English) of Benton, KY; his parents-in-law, Walt Wexler of Paducah, KY and Cherie Johanson (Paul) of Oak Ridge, NC; his siblings-in-law, Wendy Wexler Nicks (Brian) of Oak Ridge, NC, Jessica Hoskins (Matt) of Paducah, KY and Jordan Wexler (Crystal) of Bowling Green, KY; his nieces and nephews, Astrid Dismukes, Amelia, Annabelle English, Berkley Wexler, William Nicks, Paxton Wexler and Hayes Hoskins; his uncle Philip Dismukes; and his cousin Michael Lynn. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, Cousins.
