He was predeceased by: his wife Sharon Keith; his parents, Hosia Keith and Lillie Keith; and his siblings, Bud Keith, Dale Keith and Ruth Ferrell.
He is survived by: his daughter Becky Keith (Shannon) of Gilbertsville, KY; his sisters, Nadine Allen of Gallatin, TN, Norma Watson of Murphysboro, TN and Lucille Jones of Harrisburg, IL; his grandchildren, Brittany Griffey (Colton) of Herrin, IL and Brandon Keith of Gilbertsville, KY; and his great grandchildren, Luke Griffey and Addy Griffey.
