He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Wells and Lawanda Wells; and his wife Lesia Noles of Paducah. He is survived by: his daughters, Amy Lynn Henson (Ronnie) of Metropolis and Laura Grace Aello of Murfreesboro; his grandsons, Nico, Mateo, Cristian and Lucas Aello; and his siblings, Carl Wells and Deborah Blagg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
