We are sad to announce that, on February 20, 2026, at the age of 77, Joyce Baker of Paducah, Kentucky, born in Metropolis, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Ramon Baker; her parents, Thomas H. Babb and Lona Jones Babb Hillebrand; and her son Carl "Carlus" Ramon Baker II. She is survived by: her children, Britney B. Baker (Brett) of Camden, Tennessee, Marcus R. Baker (Melissa) of Benton, Sean F. Baker of Lone Oak and Allen R. Baker; her sister Linda Harrison (David) of Springfield, Illinois; her grandchildren, Ariel Lynn Jenkins, Christopher Baker, George Allen Lewis, Alexia Kilgore, Chance Baker, Lily Baker, Claire Baker and Ella Baker; her great grandchildren, Isla Baker, Ryder Sinks and Rylee Sinks; and her niece Lisa Williamson of Brookport, Illinois. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
