Kemper of Powell, TN; her mother Rachel Adkins of Paducah; her stepsisters, Katie, Jones of Draffenville and Beth Smith of Murray; her uncles, Larry Bradford (Phyllis) and Mike Bradford; and her cousins, Michelle Sither, Cindy Crice (Van), Angelique Bradford and Lonna Bradford. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
