She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Anthony Shoulta and Hazel Staton Shoulta; her husband Leroy Kaufman; her children, Rick Kaufman and Mary Ann Kaufman; her siblings, Shirley Henderson, Roscoe Shoulta, Bill Shoulta and Jim Shoulta; and her grandson Kyle Kaufman.
She is survived by: her children, Janet Englert (Donnie) of Paducah, Glenda Fayta of Lake Villa, Illinois, Robert Kaufman of Paducah, Kentucky and Gary Kaufman (Vivian) of Paducah, Kentucky. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
