She was predeceased by: her father Virgil Lee; and her brother David Lee Welch. She is survived by: her husband Patrick James "Pat" Medley; her children, Whitney Bechtel (Brett) of Paducah and Steven Troy Bartlett of Shreveport, Louisiana; her siblings, Donna Patrick (Shelby) of Burkburnett, Texas and Thomas Steven "Skipper" Welch (Wanda) of Castor; her sister-in-law Fran Welch of Dubach, Louisiana; her grandchildren, Savannah Joy Bechtel, Sydney Brooke Bechtel, Kandace Bartlett and Lauren Bartlett; and her great grandchild Kayson Bartlett. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
