He is survived by: his children, Matthew Bice (Ruthie) and Barbara Bice; his grandchildren, Jayda Lamar, Nevaeh Lamar and Nathaniel Ortiz; and his siblings, Cassie Page (Phil), Michelle White (Anthony), James Bice (Sheryl) and Dennis Bice (Jennifer). He is also survived by uncles and great-uncles and too many nieces and nephews.
