He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Eugene Culp and Willie Mae "Jiggs" Matheny (Chambers). He is survived by: his close friend Mary Vannerson of Paducah; his siblings, Darrell Massey (Renee) of Paducah, Sondra Waltmon of Paducah and Ginger Culp of Paducah; his nephews, Ryan Massey, Jason Massey and Shannon Waltmon; and his niece Shirlonda Edwards.
