He was predeceased by: his brother Jim Chatellier. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Chatellier; his mother-in-law Nadine Wallace; and his children, Ashley Dukes of Tampa, FL, Kevin Chatellier of Virginia Beach, VA and Jordan Chatellier of Louisville, KY.. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
