She is survived by: her significant other Jackie Terrell of LaCenter, KY; her son Dylan Nichols (Whitney) of LaCenter, KY; her brother Kent Stevens (Lisa) of LaCenter, KY; her grandson Hayden Nichols of LaCenter; her brother-in-law Bobby Terrell (Cathy) of Barlow, KY; and her sibling's children, Kala Trainer (Justin) of Kevil, KY, Zach Stevens of Kevil, KY and Bobby Clark Terrell of Barlow, KY..
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of LaCenter (421 Broadway, La Center, KY 42056). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at the Barlow Cemetery (N 6th St, Barlow, KY 42024).
