He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Randall Thompson (Stacia) and Ann Bennington (Doug); his grandchildren, Calvin Thompson, Kyle Bennington, Ethan Thompson, Maddy Thompson Megan Bennington and Sarah Bennington; and his siblings, Cary Thompson (Sharla) of West Paducah, Greg Thompson (Kathy) of Morristown, TN and Nancy Owen (Ted) of South Fulton, TN.
