He is survived by: his wife Loretta June Yates Blythe; his children, Beverly Heady (Terry) of Paducah, Pamela Klope (Kevin) of West Paducah, Lars Blythe (Molly) of Paducah and Jeff Blythe of Chicago, Illinois; his grandchildren, Heather King (Matt) of Benton, Dane Blythe (Allison) of Paducah, Dr. Emily Johnston (Lee) of Paducah, Catherine DuPerrieu (Andrew) of Paducah, Andrew Klope (Megan) of Thompson Station and Jeramie Heady of Hopkinsville, Kentucky; his great grandchildren, Nicolas King, Gavin Heady, Alison Helton, Grace Heady, Madisyn King, Andre King, Ariana Klope, Annalise Klope, Aiden Klope, Jackson Klope, Kianna Klope, Micah Klope, Carter Klope, Hallie Klope, Lincoln Klope, Rex Johnston, Brady Blythe, Caroline DuPerrieu, Ally Rose Blythe, Brecken Johnston, Elizabeth DuPerrieu, Calvin Blythe, Walker Johnston, Reid DuPerrieu and Grace DuPerrieu; and his great great grandchild Kasen Helton.
