She was predeceased by: her mother Susan Gail Swindle (Morris); her niece Daryl Nicole Dunn; her great-niece MaKenna Adcock; and her grandparents, Chester, Vonnie Hoffman, Wendell and Mozelle Morris.
She is survived by: her father Darrell Hoffman (Carla) of Union City; her sons, Christian Roach (Crystal) of Paducah, Kentucky, Austin Roach of Paducah, Kentucky and Aaron Roach (Devon) of Calvert City, Kentucky; her granddaughter Rowan Roach; and her siblings, Kim Hoffman of Troy, Jennifer Hoffman of Troy, Trent Johnson of Paducah and Matt Hoffman (Connie) of Union City. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
