He was predeceased by: his mother Brenda Odell Weston; and his son Alan Ligon. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Ann King Harper; his children, Arianna Ligon Duckwyler (Adam) of Paducah, Lindsay Harper Parrott (Austin) of West Paducah, Ronnie Harper (Alexis) of Lebanon, Shawn Sullivan (Brittany) of West Paducah and Poley of Paducah; his grandchildren, Benjamin, Ivan, Amelia, Aurora, Serenity, Maverick, Addie, Ella and Aerith; his father Leonard Harper; his stepmother Gloria Harper of Granite City, Illinois; his siblings, Crystle Peters of Metropolis, Illinois, Daryl Harper of Granite City and Darrell Butler of LaCenter, Kentucky; and his daughter-in-law Sheree Ligon of Hardon, Kentucky. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah (120 Memorial Dr, Paducah, KY 42001). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
