She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Estell and Amie Myrtle Clark Alexander; her husband James E. Smith; and her siblings, Alene Mathis, Earlene Reaves, Dorothy Sims, Geneva Edwards, Louise Frizzel, Shirley Alexander, Robert Alexander, Don Alexander and J. W. Alexander.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Marie Boner (Charles) of Lake Dallas, Texas and Dwight Lynn Smith (Deanna) of Paducah, Kentucky; her sister Judy Jones of Reidland, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Ryan Boner (Michelle) of Plano, Daniel Boner of Lake Dallas and Tina O'Brien (Robert) of Paducah, Kentucky; her great grandchild Michael Dillon of Los Angles, California; and her friend Tammy Morris. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
