She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Thuston Duncan and Rosa Barbara Kuhn Duncan; her husband Richard Franklin Brown; and her siblings, Dora Love Duncan Gray, James Kuhn Duncan, Thuston Emil Duncan, Lucille Talbert and Charlene Dycus.
She is survived by: her daughter Janet Shepherd (Marshall) of Paducah; her granddaughter Alison Brown (Todd Terry) of Murray; her great grandchild Ella Brown-Terry of Lexington; and her niece Vivian Williams (John) of Paducah.
