He was predeceased by: his wife Martha Dees; and his parents, Horace Dees and Mary Dees. He is survived by: his children, Krystal Stevens of Kevil, Jeff Dees of Metropolis and Jennifer Goins of Florida; and his brother Buster Dees of Hawaii. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
