She was predeceased by: her parents, John T. Kiner and Shirley Brown. She is survived by: her husband Robert W. Russell of Paducah; her sons, Keith Thomas Russell (Bethany) of Paducah and Anthony Russell of Paducah; her sisters, Janet Kiner of Union, MI and Kathy Kiner of Edwardsburg, MI; and her grandchildren, Abby Potts, Sophia Russell and Holland Russell.
