She was predeceased by: her husband Peter Osborne; her parents, John Tuner and Imogene Downing; and her siblings, Lana Sue Hutchison and John Louis Turner.
She is survived by: her children, Tammie Kelly of Paducah, Pamela and Rich "Doc" Reasner of Paducah; her brother Darrell "Butch" Turner (Mary); her grandchildren, Reagan Kimsey, Jonathan Kelly, Phillip Kelly, Kelly Jansson (Tony) and Lindsey Bullock (Kyle); her cousin Johnnie-Jean Osborne (Phil); and her close friend Jeannie Richard of Paducah. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren, two great-great children.
