She is survived by: her daughter Cindy Wurth (Kevin) of Paducah; her stepdaughter Teri Herrold Reynolds of Paducah; her grandchildren, Matthew Wurth (Renee), Lesley Crider (Luke), Whitney Kirkwood (Jeremy) and John Michael Myrick; her great grandchildren, Abigail Wurth, Erica Wurth, Owen Wurth, Molly Crider, Anna Kate Crider, Kyndall Kirkwood and Kynzie Kirkwood; her husband Rodney D. Herrold Sr.; her sisters, Mary Phillips, Verna Mae Farley and Louise Wilkinson; her stepson David Herrold; and her friends, Amelia and Billie. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
