He is survived by: his wife Sally Belle Pendergrass Holt; his daughters, Linda Kennedy of Metropolis, IL and Rhonda Henry (Joe) of Boonville, IN; his grandchildren, Sarah Kennedy of Ann Arbor, MI, Katie Settle (Matt) of Marion, IL and Joseph Henry of Boonville, IN; his siblings, Ida Allgood (Buster) of Calvert City and Jimmy Holt (Kay) of Boaz, KY; and his sister-in-law Bobbie Holt of Benton. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
