She was predeceased by: her son John Clayton Howard; her parents, John H. Clark and Grace Evelyn Seaton Clark; and her siblings, Mary Jane Taylor and Billy Hampton.
She is survived by: her son Paul B. Howard of Calvert City, Kentucky; her sisters, Lorain Justice (Phil) of Paducah and Deloris Sevenski (Steve) of Gilbertsville, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Max, Kathryn, Hope, Sawyer Howard and Lexie Wyatt; and her great grandchildren, Lucy, Lacy Wyatt and Wyatt Gilland.
