She is survived by: her parents, Charlie Hale and Cathy Eaglin Hale of Carmi; her husband Greg Doss; her daughters, Charli Jo Doss of Paducah and Teri Elizabeth Doss of Louisville; her sister Gina Hale Johnson (Eric) of Hendersonville, Tennessee; her nieces, Sydney Marie Johnson and Briley Jo Johnson; and her nephew Reagan Johnson.
