She is survived by : her husband Kenneth Smith of Paducah; her son Matt Smith (Cassie) of Kevil; her grandsons, Logan and Caleb Smith; her father Phillip Shoulta of Paducah; and her brothers, Robert "Dobber" Shoulta (Sara) of Barlow and Mark Shoulta (Cindy) of Benton. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
