He is survived by: his wife Janet Logeman (Hinners); his daughters, Tammy Burnham (Kenny), Tonya Grace (Lanny), Shelly Eickholz (Jamie) and Julie Keipp; his grandchildren, Mike Burnham (Jennifer), Jonathan Burnham (Jordan), Josh Burnham, Kristin Turner (Dustin), Kassie Gentry (Brian), Jennifer Hansrote (Sean), Zach Keipp (Annie) and Bailey Duncan; his great grandchildren, Brayden, Braxton Burnham, Hudson, Harrison, Norah Burnham, Gracie, Jack, Turner, Charlie, Max Gentry, Haddie, Lillie, Dean Hansrote, Emmy, Maizy, Zoey Keipp, Dillon Eickholz and Haven Beavers; his siblings, Wanda Bazor, Roy John Logeman (Linda) and Phyllis Throgmorton (Ricky); and his siblings-in-law, Kenneth Teckenbrock, James Mittendoref, Sharon Logeman and Marsha Wynne.
