It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Luther S. Johnson Jr. of Paducah, Kentucky, who passed away on April 7, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther S. Johnson, Sr. and O. Z. Sherrill Johnson; and his siblings, Willie Joe Johnson, Sr., James Lester Johnson, Mary Elizabeth Luten and Leverda Pierson.
He is survived by: his wife Jacqulyn Johnson of Paducah; his children, Craig Johnson (Tammy), Curtis Johnson of Nashville, TN, Corey Johnson of Paducah and Crystal Thompson (Alfredo) of Paducah; his grandchildren, Jessica Tolbert, Keshia Thompson, Brooke Johnson, Cortavia Johnson, Tyesha Johnson, Craig Johnson, Jr., Peyton, Lauren Hobbs, Elexus Johnson and Kylynn Johnson; and his siblings, Vanessa Blakemore of Rock Island, IL, Edna Watson of Rock Island, IL, Percy Johnson, Hildry "Squirrel" and Reverend Larry Johnson of Dallas, TX. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
All attendees are required to wear a mask.
